- Achilles Tendinitis is Acute or Chronic repetitive Injury of Achilles Tendon which connects the Calf Muscle to The Heel Bone, that results in Heel pain or Hind foot pain.
- It Is common in Runners and Middle-Aged People who play sports only on the weekends.
- It can be diagnosed clinically or by using ultrasound or MRI.
- Symptoms mostly include Swelling, stiffness, pain in the Achilles tendon when touched or moved.
