FIBROMYALGIA
- Fibromyalgia is a Disorder characterized by Widespread Musculoskeletal Pain Accompanied by Fatigue, Sleep, Memory and Mood disturbances.
- Symptoms often are aggravated by stress and sleep deprivation.
- Many People who have Fibromyalgia also have Tension Headaches, Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorder, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Anxiety and Depression.
- Most of the times these patients will have normal blood tests and scans. The treatment includes Neuropathic medication, Mindfulness Meditation, CBT and Ketolig therapy for desensitization.
