TENSION HEADACHE

• A Tension Headache type Headache is generally a mild to moderate Pain that is often described as feeling like “Tight Band around the Head”.
• Tension Headaches Occur when neck and scalp muscles become Tense or Contract secondary to stress, tension, depression or anxiety.
• When these headaches occur less than 15 times per month can usually be treated by medications, otherwise requires chronic headache treatment protocols.
